Storefronts, entrance doors, office partitions, conference room walls, and board-up after a break. Hackensack is a working downtown with a courthouse, a hospital campus and a lot of ground-floor commercial space, and the glass on a building there is either an asset or a liability. We measure on site, free, and plan the work around your busiest hours.

On the front of the building that means storefront glass, entrance doors and sidelites, sized and set so the door works all day without a fight. Inside it means office partitions and conference room walls that give you separation without turning the floor plate into a warren of drywall. We fabricate in our own Lodi shop and our own crew installs, so the person who measured it is connected to the person who sets it.
Then there is the call nobody plans: a panel goes overnight and you open in the morning. We board up to secure and close the opening, then template and replace the glass properly once the size and type are confirmed. Insurance carriers and property managers both want documentation and a clear scope, so we write it that way. We are licensed and insured, and the install never gets subcontracted out.

Hackensack runs on offices. The county courthouse and government buildings pull in law practices, and the regional medical center anchors a whole district of medical and professional suites around it. Those tenants take space, reconfigure it, and want glass partitions that keep daylight in the interior while giving a lawyer or a clinician a room with a door. That is a fit-out with a deadline attached, and we schedule to it.
The other half is street level and residential. Main Street storefronts and the retail along the main corridors live behind big glass, and property managers here are responsible for a lot of apartment stock: lobby doors, vestibules, common-area glass, and the panel that came in over a weekend. For all of it we plan around your busiest hours, protect the space we are working in, and get the opening closed and back in service.

Call the shop and tell us what broke and roughly how big the opening is. We board up to secure the opening and get you closed in, then measure and fabricate the replacement to the right size and type. Storefront glass has to be tempered or laminated depending on where it sits, so we confirm that rather than guess. We will not promise an arrival time we cannot keep, but you get a straight answer on timing.
Yes, and it is close. Our main showroom and shop sits at 80 Industrial Rd, Lodi, NJ 07644, about a 10 minute drive, open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4, at (201) 460-1313. It is a working glass shop, so you can see glass types, thicknesses and hardware finishes for a storefront or a partition. Midland Park, 108 Greenwood Ave, is by appointment, about 25 minutes out.
It depends on what is going in: the size and number of openings, the glass type and thickness, whether it is a storefront system, a partition or a door, and the hardware and finish. Board-up and replacement price differently than a planned fit-out. After a free on-site measure you get a firm itemized quote you can hand to an owner, a board or an insurer.
Less than you would think if we plan it. The measure comes first, then about one to two weeks while glass is fabricated to size in our Lodi shop, then an install that is usually one visit. We schedule around your busiest hours where the work allows, so partitions and storefront swaps are not happening in the middle of your day. Board-up is handled as its own step so you can keep operating.
Usually. Partition glass goes in quickly once the framing or track is ready, and we can stage it so one area is closed off at a time instead of the entire floor. In a medical or law suite that matters, because patient and client scheduling is not flexible. Tell us your hours and any building access rules and we will build the sequence around them before we start.
Yes. We work with property managers on lobby and vestibule doors, common-area glass, storefront tenant spaces and replacements after a break, and we can hold the same glass and hardware specification across the properties you run so later replacements are simple. Everything gets documented for the owner or the insurer. Our own crew does the install, so you are dealing with us and not a subcontractor.
