Yes. The main showroom and shop is 80 Industrial Rd, Lodi, NJ 07644, about a 10 minute drive from Paramus, open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4. Call (201) 460-1313 ahead and we will have someone free who handles commercial work. Bring photos and rough dimensions. There is a second showroom at 108 Greenwood Ave in Midland Park, by appointment, roughly 20 minutes away.
It comes down to the opening: glass thickness and type, the size of the lite, whether framing or door hardware needs replacing too, and how the install has to be scheduled. We will not quote that sight unseen. The on-site measure is free, and you get a firm itemized quote you can pass to an owner, a property manager or an insurer. Monthly payment options are available.
In two stages. First we can board the opening so the space is secure and you can keep operating. Then the replacement glass is fabricated to that exact opening, typically about one to two weeks for custom work, and installed in a single visit we schedule with you. You get a real date at the measure instead of a guess on the phone, and the board stays up until then.
Either of you, as long as we know early who authorizes the work. We deal with property managers and building owners regularly, and we are comfortable sending measurements, photos and a written scope straight to them. If you are the tenant and you spotted the problem, we can measure and quote and let the manager approve from there. Just tell us up front so nothing stalls waiting on a signature.
We can, and older buildings are exactly where templating earns its keep. Floors slope, ceilings wave and existing framing is rarely plumb, so we measure the real conditions and fabricate to them instead of ordering a standard kit. Partitions can run full height or stop short of the ceiling, in clear or low-iron glass, with hardware finishes matched to what is already in the space.
Most jobs can be sequenced so you keep operating: one opening at a time on a storefront, one room at a time in an office fit-out, with the area protected and cleaned as we go. Some work does need the space clear for safety, and we tell you which parts those are at the measure so you can plan staffing. We will not promise a schedule we cannot hold.
