Glass is part of how your business opens in the morning. We handle storefront glass and framing, entrance doors, office partitions and conference room walls, plus board-up and replacement when something breaks. We plan the work around your hours to keep downtime down, and the on-site measure is free.
The planned side is straightforward: storefront glass and framing, entrance doors and their hardware, interior office partitions, conference room walls and back-painted glass for branding or writable surfaces. The unplanned side is a broken lite first thing in the morning. There the first move is securing the opening so you can keep operating, and the second is getting the right piece measured, fabricated and set. Both run through our own shop.
Downtime is the number that matters to you, so we plan against it. When we quote, we go through your hours, your heaviest days and how long an opening can realistically be out of service, then set the schedule where the disruption costs you least. Our own crew does the work, never a sub we have to chase. If a landlord or property manager is involved, we will document what they need rather than leaving you to relay it.
Downtown Ridgewood is a genuine walking district, and that changes what a storefront has to do. People read your window from the sidewalk, not from a car doing forty, so the glass is seen at close range and every scratch, chipped edge and clouded seal shows. Restaurants along the avenue run vestibule doors and window walls that take constant traffic all day.
Around and above those shops sit professional offices, where the work is usually interior: partitions that give someone a private room without shutting the street daylight out of the rest of the suite, conference rooms in glass, back-painted panels instead of a whiteboard. Being near the train station also means tight parking and awkward delivery windows, so we plan access and staging with you ahead of time instead of improvising on the day.

We are not on the avenue, but our Midland Park showroom is close by at 108 Greenwood Ave, Midland Park NJ 07432, about five minutes from downtown Ridgewood and open by appointment at (201) 507-5918. For a commercial job it makes sense for us to come measure on site at no charge. For the bigger display, the Lodi showroom at 80 Industrial Rd runs Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 4, (201) 460-1313, roughly eighteen minutes out.
We price it after seeing it. Cost depends on the size of the opening, glass thickness and type, the framing already in place and the door hardware involved, and one broken lite is a very different job from a full storefront. You get a line-by-line quote after a free on-site measure.
It depends on the piece. If the opening needs securing, board-up comes first so you can keep operating, and then the replacement glass is fabricated. A common size moves faster than an oversized or specialty lite. We will give you a real date once it has been measured rather than a guess over the phone, and we will fit the swap into your trading week rather than ours.
We plan the schedule with you instead of turning up whenever suits us. At the measure we ask about your hours, which days are heaviest, when deliveries land and how long an entrance can be out of service, then book the work where it interrupts the least. We will not promise a specific window before we have seen the job, but the schedule is a conversation, not a surprise.
We can replace the glass in the door and handle the sticking as commercial door repair. On an older downtown frame we measure the opening you actually have instead of assuming a standard size. If the frame is past adjusting, we say so at the measure.
We can. Interior glass partitions and conference room walls go in with relatively little mess, and the work stages well, so one area gets finished while the rest of the suite keeps running. The measure tells us where panel seams and door openings land. We will walk the space with you, agree the sequence, and put the noisier parts where they interrupt the fewest people.
