The Site is operated by Accurate Glass & Mirror, Inc., a New Jersey corporation with showrooms at 80 Industrial Rd, Lodi, NJ 07644 and 108 Greenwood Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432.

The quote form, text-to-quote link, phone and email channels on this Site are intended for project inquiries. A quote inquiry is not a contract. Any pricing we discuss informally — over the phone, by text, by email, or in early conversations — is a non-binding ballpark for planning purposes only.
Binding pricing and terms are set out in the written estimate we issue after we have measured your project on site (or after we have agreed in writing to work from your own measurements). The signed written estimate or work order is the controlling document for any job we perform for you, and it supersedes anything discussed elsewhere.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including photographs, illustrations, copy, layout, designs, the Accurate Glass & Mirror name and logo, and all related trademarks — is owned by Accurate Glass & Mirror, Inc. or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish, modify, distribute or use any content from the Site for your own commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If you submit photos or measurements to us in connection with a quote, you keep ownership of those materials, but you grant us a limited license to use them internally to prepare your quote, plan the job and provide the service.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites — for example, mapping services, social media profiles, partner suppliers or informational guides. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or anything else about them. Following an external link is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site's "as is" disclaimer covers the website only. Warranty terms for the glass we fabricate and install are set out separately in your written estimate, work order or invoice. Nothing on this page changes those product or installation warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accurate Glass & Mirror, Inc., its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost data or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect the warranties that apply to work we perform under a signed estimate or work order.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Accurate Glass & Mirror, Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Site after any update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Site.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
