Frameless glass is the upgrade people notice the second they open the bathroom door: thick panels, almost no metal, hardware you picked. We build ours in the Lodi shop and set them ourselves, and our Midland Park showroom is right on Greenwood Ave. Text or call and we will come measure, free.

Frameless means the glass carries itself. We hang 3/8-inch or 1/2-inch tempered safety glass on discreet hinges and clips, so there is no aluminum channel collecting soap and no frame dating the room five years from now. Nothing is pulled off a shelf. You choose the thickness, the hardware finish and the glass itself, and we cut that panel for your opening and no other.
Heavy glass is unforgiving, so the measure has to be right. We template the opening by hand, record how far each wall leans, then fabricate to those numbers in our own Lodi shop. Our crew handles the install, never a subcontractor, so the person who measured is the person standing behind it. Most doors go in during a single visit, and we can add the easy-clean coating while we are at it.

Most of the borough is colonials, cape cods and split-levels that have been standing 50 to 80 years or more, and a lot of them are getting their first real bathroom update. That is good news for frameless glass and bad news for a boxed door off a big-box aisle. Framing settles. Tile goes in a hair off. A stock kit shows every one of those gaps along the top edge.
Templating solves it. We measure the opening you actually have, out-of-plumb walls included, and the panel comes back matching it. Being on Greenwood Ave helps too: you can stop in, stand next to a 3/8-inch panel, hold a matte black hinge against a chrome one and settle in five minutes what a photo never will. The showroom runs by appointment so you get our full attention.

Right in the borough at 108 Greenwood Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432. It runs by appointment rather than walk-in hours, so call or text (201) 507-5918 and we will set a time that suits you. That way the glass thicknesses and hardware finishes you care about are out and ready when you arrive, and you are not competing with anyone else for our attention.
There is no honest flat answer, and we would rather not guess at one. Price moves with glass thickness, the size of the opening, which of the 15 hardware finishes you choose and whether you want low-iron ultra-clear glass or the easy-clean coating. We measure for free, then send a firm itemized quote with nothing hidden in it. Ask about monthly payment options if that helps the timing.
Figure about two to three weeks door to door. The free measure happens first, usually within a few days of your call. Fabrication in our Lodi shop then runs roughly one to two weeks, since your glass is cut and drilled for your opening specifically. Install is normally one visit of a few hours, and we clean up behind ourselves. You get real dates, not a vague window.
Almost always, and it is the reason we template instead of measuring with a tape and hoping. Older bathrooms lean, bow and settle, sometimes a half inch across a single wall. We map that out on site and cut the panel to the shape of the actual opening, then fine-tune the hardware at install. The result reads as a clean straight line even when the wall behind it is not.
Three-eighths is what most homeowners choose, and it already feels solid and substantial in the hand. Half-inch is heavier again, holds a long panel dead flat and carries real presence in a bigger bathroom, though the opening and the wall framing have to suit it. Both are tempered safety glass. We will look at your space at the measure and tell you honestly which one it calls for.
Not when it is built right. Water control comes from the details: a slight pitch on the door, the correct sweep and seal choices, and a clip layout suited to your opening. All of that depends on the glass matching the opening, which is exactly what hand-templating gets us. Before we fabricate anything we walk you through how your specific door will shed water.
