From our Midland Park showroom, Park Ridge is a Pascack Valley run of about 15 minutes. Accurate Glass & Mirror makes shower doors, tub doors and custom mirrors for colonial hall baths and for the baths in attached homes and condo units, starting with a free in-home measure and finishing with an install by our own crew.

Visits to our Midland Park showroom are by appointment, so call (201) 507-5918 and set a time; the drive from Park Ridge is about 15 minutes. The room is set up for choosing: glass, hardware finishes and samples you can compare against photos of your own bath and its faucet trim. Enclosures standing on display, along with the selection wall of glass and finishes, are in Lodi instead, about 26 minutes from Park Ridge. A showroom visit is optional; the free in-home measure happens either way.

Park Ridge homes have a median build year around 1966, and about 71 percent are single-family detached houses (U.S. Census, 2020 to 2024). In a two-story colonial the hall bath is usually upstairs, and tempered glass cannot be trimmed once it is tempered, so every panel has to fit the opening and also make it up the staircase in one piece. That is worth pointing out at the measure.
The other 29 percent or so of Park Ridge homes are attached or in multi-unit buildings (U.S. Census, 2020 to 2024), and their baths raise different questions: who has to sign off, how the crew gets in, and whether a hinged door has room to swing. The glass does not change. A colonial and a condo unit choose from the same frameless or semi-frameless glass, the same hardware finishes and the same firm, itemized written quote.
The pictures here come from a shared pool of real Accurate Glass & Mirror shower, mirror and glass work around North Jersey, rather than from any single borough.

Accurate Glass & Mirror is family-owned and has worked in New Jersey for more than 40 years. We measure the opening, cut the glass in our Lodi shop and install it with our own crew.
We measure the opening at your home at no charge. After the measure you get a firm, itemized written quote.
Every installation is done by our own crew. We never subcontract, so the company that measures your opening is the company that sets the glass.
Glass is cut and edged in our Lodi shop to the measurements taken at your home. Frameless shower glass is 3/8 or 1/2 inch tempered safety glass.

"I highly recommend Accurate Glass and Mirror. Just finished a job with them to have decorative glass inserts put in some cabinet doors. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and walked me through many options."
"Everything was communicated flawlessly and Andrew and Shawn texted us that morning with their exact ETA. The project was completed in a few hours with absolute perfection. Every square inch of our bathroom was covered with quilting for protection."
"We had a great experience working with both Jessica and Jillian. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable on our options for glass doors. The turnaround for the install was quick and efficient, and the install team was great and attentive in keeping our home clean during the installation process."
From our main shop in Lodi we cover central and southern Bergen County in minutes, while our Midland Park showroom serves the county's northwest. Wherever you are, a free in-home measure is close by.
Check Your AreaThe glass stays the same; what changes is the logistics around it. In an attached home or condo unit we plan for shared entries and stairs, any work hours the association sets, and a narrower bath where the door swing needs checking. You still get the free in-home measure, the same tempered safety glass and hardware choices, and a firm, itemized written quote before work begins.
Yes, as long as the panels are planned for the trip. Once glass is tempered it cannot be cut down, so the path up the stairs, including any turn or landing, matters as much as the opening itself. If one panel would be too large to carry up, the enclosure can be divided differently, for example into a door and two fixed panels, before the glass is cut in our Lodi shop.
Frameless is worth it if you want a clearer view into the shower and fewer metal edges to clean. It uses heavier 3/8 or 1/2 inch tempered glass on hinges, with no full frame for water and soap to collect in, while a framed door relies on its frame for support. If your walls are out of plumb, semi-frameless is a middle option, and the measure will show which fits your bath.
Yes. Glass hardware comes in finishes such as brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, polished chrome and matte black, so the hinges, handle and clamps can match the trim you are keeping or the new fixtures in a remodel. A frameless door hangs on hinges fixed to the wall or to the glass panel beside it, so the hinge finish is part of what you see every day.
Three choices shape the new enclosure: layout, glass and finish. Layout means a hinged door with a fixed panel or a sliding design; glass means the thickness, clear or low-iron, and whether to add the optional protective coating; finish is the color of the hardware. Settle what you can at the Midland Park appointment, and the free in-home measure confirms the rest.
Call (201) 507-5918, pick a time, and meet one of our team at the showroom to go through glass, hardware finishes and samples for your bath. Bring photos of the room and its faucet trim, plus rough measurements if you have them. The appointment narrows the choices, and the free in-home measure then sets the exact sizes. Finished enclosures stand in our Lodi showroom instead.
