A drive of about 10 minutes separates Saddle River from our Midland Park showroom, which opens by appointment to show glass, hardware finishes and samples. For a large primary bath, we build steam enclosures sealed with a transom, oversized low-iron panels and full mirror walls, each measured in your home before our Lodi shop cuts and edges the glass and our own crew sets it.

Our Midland Park showroom at 108 Greenwood Ave, about 10 minutes from Saddle River, works by appointment through (201) 507-5918. Glass, hardware finishes and samples are kept there, so bring a piece of the stone or tile going into your bath and look at it through the glass samples; the tint question is easier to settle in person. For complete enclosures, drive about 24 minutes to our main showroom in Lodi, open weekdays from 9 until 5 and Saturdays from 9 until 4 with no appointment required; that is where the full enclosure displays and the glass-and-finish selection wall are kept.
From a single frameless shower door to mirrors, railings and storefronts, every job is measured at your home or business and installed by our own crew.

In a large primary bath, the glass stops being a door and becomes a wall. By the Census Bureau's count for 2020 to 2024, the median Saddle River home was built in 1983, and about 86 percent are single-family detached houses; houses from that decade often came with a primary suite and its own bath. When that bath is large, expect a long frameless panel, a door beside it and, if steam is added, a transom panel that closes the top.
Not every home here is a house: Census Bureau estimates for 2020 to 2024 also place about 8 percent of homes in buildings of 20 or more units. For a condo or apartment building, management usually sets rules for parking, elevator use and work hours, and we plan the measure and install around them. In the houses, oversized panels bring their own planning, because every tempered panel has to reach the bathroom in one piece, around every corner on the way.
The photos below are real shower, mirror and glass jobs our crew has completed across North Jersey. Use them to compare door styles and hardware finishes before the measure.

Accurate Glass & Mirror is family-owned and has worked in New Jersey for more than 40 years. We measure the opening, cut the glass in our Lodi shop and install it with our own crew.
We measure the opening at your home at no charge. After the measure you get a firm, itemized written quote.
Every installation is done by our own crew. We never subcontract, so the company that measures your opening is the company that sets the glass.
Glass is cut and edged in our Lodi shop to the measurements taken at your home. Frameless shower glass is 3/8 or 1/2 inch tempered safety glass.

"I highly recommend Accurate Glass and Mirror. Just finished a job with them to have decorative glass inserts put in some cabinet doors. They were so patient with my indecisiveness and walked me through many options."
"Everything was communicated flawlessly and Andrew and Shawn texted us that morning with their exact ETA. The project was completed in a few hours with absolute perfection. Every square inch of our bathroom was covered with quilting for protection."
"We had a great experience working with both Jessica and Jillian. They were extremely responsive and knowledgeable on our options for glass doors. The turnaround for the install was quick and efficient, and the install team was great and attentive in keeping our home clean during the installation process."
From our main shop in Lodi we cover central and southern Bergen County in minutes, while our Midland Park showroom serves the county's northwest. Wherever you are, a free in-home measure is close by.
Check Your AreaThe glass is ours; everything behind and above it belongs to your contractor. That covers the steam generator, the plumbing, the waterproofed walls and ceiling, and the tile. Once that work is finished, we measure the opening and build an enclosure that closes it completely, with seals on the door edges and a transom panel across the top, so the steam stays where it belongs.
It depends on the path in, and we check that before anything is ordered. A tempered panel cannot be trimmed or bent once it is made, so at the free in-home measure we follow the route from your entry to the bathroom and note doorway widths, stair turns and hallway corners. If one piece cannot make every turn, the design is split into panels that can, with the joints placed deliberately.
On a big enclosure it usually does. Ordinary clear glass carries a green cast that shows along exposed edges and grows when you look through it at an angle, and a large enclosure gives you more of both: long edges, corners where two panels meet, and wide views across the room. Low-iron glass strips out much of that cast, so white stone and pale tile keep their true color.
Yes, usually as several panels set edge to edge, because a single sheet big enough for a whole wall would rarely make it through the house. We measure after the wall is finished and painted, check it for flatness, and place the seams where they line up with the vanity, a light or a corner instead of the middle of your reflection. The antique mirror line suits a wall like this if you want a softer, aged surface.
Yes, and the building's rules shape the plan. Before the measure, send us what management or the association requires, such as approved work hours, elevator reservations or parking instructions, and both visits are scheduled inside those limits. The glass itself matches what we build for houses: framed, semi-frameless or frameless doors and enclosures, plus custom mirrors, all sized to your bathroom.
Yes. Share the contractor's name and number, and we will set the measure for when the tile, stone and any steam ceiling are finished, then agree on the install date with them. The glass choices, hardware finish and options stay with you, and the firm, itemized written quote comes to you as well. Glass is one of the final steps in a remodel, so an early call helps it fit the contractor's schedule.
